Sea Moss is a sea plant similar to algae or seaweed. It contains many vital nutrients that can improve digestion, increase metabolism, boost immunity and so much more. Some of those nutrients include bromine, sulfur, calcium, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, phosphate, manganese, potassium, beta-carotene, selenium, protein, pectin, zinc, vitamin-C and B-vitamins. Furthermore this 🌱 plant food is so versatile and has many uses. One of the main things I love about sea moss is the boost of energy it gives as well as keeping my sugar cravings at bay!
